Bitline South Africa 973 cc was formed to provide the South African market with quality integrated psychological and social services. Lindelwa Mati-Grootboom is the sole director of the company and she sub-contracts other relevant companies. The key goals of the company are to help others map their future in order to promote personal growth. In addition, Bitline will contribute towards organizational development by utilizing a holistic people management approach. Bitline will strive to emphasise real, workable, sustainable and socially desirable solutions to clients.

Services carried out previously include: Psychotherapy, Trauma debriefing, group therapy, Psychological assessment/testing for recruitment and selection, admission purposes, retrenchment counseling, learnership and graduate placement as well as soft skills training.

Since starting her own practice in 1998 Lindelwa has contributed in a broad range of services nationally.

As the company has sole ownership its strength is based on the complementary skills provided by associations with other consultants. The pool includes Psychologists from various fields of study, Psychometrist, Social Workers, Human Resource specialists as well as Project managers. These consultants are available at short notice and have extensive experience.

Bitline is 100% Black owned. Since its formation it has collaborated in several projects with a wide variety of companies, including Black empowered companies. Bitline’s procurement policy endeavours to support other BEE owned companies. We are a level 1 BBBEE contributor.
