Lindelwa is a registered psychologist and has had her own practice since 1998, the focus being to assist individuals and teams in identifying and overcoming obstacles that impede them in fulfilling their life goals and potential. Lindelwa's expertise includes offering career development assessments to mid-career changing professionals, and developing competency based assessments for recruitment and selection purposes, job profiling, training and psychotherapy.
She has worked with a wide range of psychometric and competency based assessment tools. In addition, she provides psychometric reports and recommendations to assist in the selection of suitable candidates, drafting of developmental plans and mapping out employees' career paths.
She is an accreditor for psychologist who are trained to use DPSA competency battery for senior and executive management within the government sector. She is also a member of PSySA, SACNA and SAMLA professional bodies for psychologists and medico-legal experts.

Matsedeso Nthako

Matsedeso Nthako completed her Masters’ degree in Clinical Psychology at the Nelson Mandela University (NMU). During her internship and community service (Elizabeth Donkin Psychiatric Hospital, Livingstone Hospital and Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital) she worked extensively with adults, adolescents and children.
She conducted individual and group therapy sessions to treat both in-patients and out-patients struggling with mental health conditions such as Depression and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Neurodevelopmental and Personality Disorders.
She employs an integrative approach, which applies various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat children and adults. She further has training and practical experience in administering psychological assessments and clinical report writing, and is currently developing her competency in neuropsychological assessments and medico-legal reports.
